1 cup flour |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup cold water |
1/2 cup milk |
2 eggs |
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingreidents together. 2. Make a well in the center of flour. 3. Add milk, stir gradually. 4. Then beat as if you mean it. 5. Add eggs, one at a time, beat thouroughly after each one. 6. Now add cold water & beat until mixture is all frothy on top. 7. Put in fridge for at least one hour. 8. 1/2 fill piping hot greased muffin tins. 9. Bake for 30 mins or until well risen and browned. |
