My sister gave me this recipe years ago....don't know where it's from. The sides will puff up and fold inward. Can be easily doubled. Ingredients:
1 cup flour |
1 cup milk |
1/2-1 teaspoon salt |
2 eggs |
1/4 cup butter, melted (for baking dish) |
Directions:
1. Mix the first 4 ingredients together and blend well to break up any lumps from flour. 2. Put the butter in an 9 x 9 x 2 baking dish and distribute evenly. 3. Pour batter into the pan. 4. Bake at 425 degrees for 35 minutes. |
