A quick-fix snack that combines the sweet flavors of canned mandarin oranges and honey with the tang of plain yogurt. Ingredients:
1 cup plain low-fat yogurt or 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt |
1/2 cup chopped canned mandarin oranges |
1 tablespoon honey (optional) |
Directions:
