Healthy snack taken from Food Magazine Dec 2007 issue. Ingredients:
1 granny smith apple, coarsley grated |
1 1/2 cups plain low-fat yogurt |
1/4 cup raisins |
2 tablespoons honey |
1/4 cup sliced almonds (toasted if desired) |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, combine apple, yogurt, raisins, and honey; divide between two serving bowls. Sprinklw with almonds,and serve immediately. |
