Yogurt-Thousand Island Dressing |

We eat salad all the time and I'm always making new dressings. This one is from , The Saturday Evening Post, Family Cookbook . I even tried it on ruebens and it was great! Ingredients:
1 hard-cooked egg, chopped |
1 1/2 tablespoons finely chopped black olives |
1 teaspoon minced onion |
1 -2 cup minced celery |
2 -3 cups low-fat yogurt |
2 tablespoons reduced sodium ketchup |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a glass jar with tight fitting lid and shake to blend well. |
