We eat salad all the time and I'm always making new dressings. This one is from , The Saturday Evening Post, Family Cookbook . I even tried it on ruebens and it was great!
Ingredients:
1 hard-cooked egg, chopped
1 1/2 tablespoons finely chopped black olives
1 teaspoon minced onion
1 -2 cup minced celery
2 -3 cups low-fat yogurt
2 tablespoons reduced sodium ketchup
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a glass jar with tight fitting lid and shake to blend well.
