I prefer this served over my Baked Falafel Burgers. Ingredients:
1 cup plain yogurt |
2 tablespoons tahini |
1 -2 garlic clove, minced |
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice |
2 teaspoons fresh dill, chopped |
salt & fresh ground pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and let sit for at least 15 minutes for the flavors to combine. Serve cold. |
