Natural and yummy. Worth getting fresh strawberries. I started making this in college. I'm diabetic and so when every one else was snarfing bad for you stuff, I was slurping this. I'd take this over a candy bar any day. Ingredients:
1 cup plain yogurt |
1 cup sliced strawberry |
1/4 cup packed brown sugar (less will also be ok) |
1/4 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a blender. 2. Blend on high until smooth, about 30 seconds. 3. Drink. |
