Yogurt Sauce for Grilled Meats/Fish |

Well this is kind of a raita, kind of. I love it on grilled anything. Ingredients:
2 cups plain yogurt |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1 teaspoon salt |
3 tablespoons fresh cilantro or 3 tablespoons coriander, minced |
Directions:
1. Mix the yogurt with all ingredients. It's best to taste a little and see if it needs more salt. |
