Well this is kind of a raita, kind of. I love it on grilled anything.
Ingredients:
2 cups plain yogurt
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons fresh cilantro or 3 tablespoons coriander, minced
Directions:
1. Mix the yogurt with all ingredients. It's best to taste a little and see if it needs more salt.
