Low calorie delicious alternative to a family favorite. Ingredients:
1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1 teaspoon garlic salt |
1 teaspoon dill (dried) |
1 teaspoon onion powder |
1 teaspoon dried parsley |
1 dash black pepper |
1 dash paprika (optional) |
Directions:
1. Combine and whisk together the yogurt and mayonnaise. Add seasonings and finish whisking until evenly blended. Chill for at least two hours before using. |
