Ingredients:
1 garlic clove |
3/4 cup plain yogurt (whole-milk or low-fat) |
2 tablespoons water |
1 teaspoon poppy seeds |
3/4 teaspoon mild honey |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Mince garlic, then mash to a paste with a pinch of salt using a heavy knife. Add 3/4 teaspoon garlic paste (or to taste) to a bowl with remaining ingredients and whisk until smooth. Let dressing stand about 1 hour to allow flavors to develop. |
