Ingredients:
1 container(s) 6-oz low-fat vanilla yogurt |
2 tablespoon(s) shredded carrot |
1 tablespoon(s) raisins |
1 tablespoon(s) chopped walnuts |
1 tablespoon(s) honey (optional) |
1 dash(es) ground cinnamon |
Directions:
1. In a 6- to 8-ounce glass spoon about 1/3 of the yogurt. Sprinkle carrots over yogurt. Cover with another 1/3 of the yogurt. Sprinkle with raisins, then top with remaining yogurt. Garnish with walnuts, drizzle with honey, if desired, and sprinkle with cinnamon. |
