Healthy snack. I use Yoplait Light yogurt, and also vary the flavors/fruit. Ingredients:
6 ounces vanilla yogurt |
1 small banana |
2 tbsp walnuts |
1/4 c. cereal, granola |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in cereal bowl. |
