Same as an ice cream based parfait, but made with yogurt for a healthier version! Contains a whole serving of fruit! Ingredients:
1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt |
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce |
1 cup strawberry, mashed (fresh or frozen) |
2 strawberries, cut in half for garnish |
Directions:
1. In a tall glass, alternate layers of yogurt, applesauce and strawberry mash. (I made it like this, strawberry, yogurt, applesauce, yogurt, strawberry, yogurt - ). 2. Top with strawberries for garnish. |
