Yogurt Pancakes With Orange Syrup |

I have been a fool for anything orange since childhood. The batter will keep overnight in the refrigerator. Ingredients:
1 cup flour |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 tablespoon sugar |
1 tablespoon baking powder |
1 cup milk |
1 egg |
2 tablespoons plain yogurt |
2 tablespoons melted butter |
1 cup sugar |
1/3 cup frozen orange juice concentrate (thawed) |
1/2 cup butter |
Directions:
1. Blend flour with salt, sugar, and baking powder. 2. Mix milk with egg; add to flour mixture. 3. Add remaining ingredients and mix until batter is smooth. 4. Cook on a hot griddle, turning once. 5. Orange Syrup:. 6. Mix all ingredients together in saucepan. 7. Bring to a boil. 8. Serve hot over pancakes. |
