Awaal Arrubyaan bil Lebaneh Ingredients:
2 lbs shrimp, shelled |
1 cup low-fat yogurt |
1/2 teaspoon cumin or 1/2 teaspoon allspice |
1/4 teaspoon red pepper |
1 pinch black pepper |
2 garlic cloves, crushed with |
salt |
Directions:
1. Combine the marinade ingredients. Add the shrimp and turn to coat each piece with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or longer. 2. Thread onto skewers and grill or oven broil, basting with the marinade. |
