Good for chicken or lamb - from ATCO Blue Flame Kitchen. Ingredients:
1 cup plain yogurt |
1 cup fresh mint leaves |
2 tablespoons lemon juice (fresh squeezed) |
1 teaspoon lemon zest, grated |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon cayenne |
1/4 teaspoon allspice |
2 garlic cloves, peeled |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Allow meat to marinate for up to 24 hours in refrigerator. |
