From a Dannon yogurt lid. Ingredients:
1 quart vanilla yogurt |
3/4 cup lemon curd |
1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers |
3/4 cup toasted coconut |
whipped topping |
Directions:
1. Place six 10 oz. parfait-style glasses on a clean work surface. 2. Into each parfait layer: 1/3 cup yogurt, 2T lemon curd, 2T crushed graham crackers, 1T coconut. 3. Repeat until all the glasses are filled. |
