From a commemorative cookbook called Remembrances produced by The Children's Home Society of New Jersey. Ingredients:
12 ounces broad egg noodles |
4 eggs |
1 cup sugar |
1 cup nonfat yogurt |
1 dash cinnamon |
dried fruit, chopped (optional) |
Directions:
1. Parboil noodles. 2. Mix all ingredients. 3. Place in a greased 8x13-inch baking dish or pan. 4. Sprinkle some more cinnamon on top. 5. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour, or until just browned. 6. Serve warm. |
