soak the grains 12-24 hours Ingredients:
3 cups whole wheat flour |
2 cups plain yogurt |
3 large eggs |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 teaspoons baking soda |
1/4 cup melted butter |
1/3 cup honey |
1 teaspoon dill |
1/2 teaspoon oregano |
1/2 teaspoon thyme |
1/2 teaspoon basil |
1/2 teaspoon tarragon |
Directions:
1. mix flour and yogurt and soak overnight 2. place this mixture in food processor for several min. to knead 3. Add remaining ingredients and process until well blended 4. pour into well buttered and floured loaf pan 5. bake at 350* for 1 1/2 hours |
