This recipe comes from Southern Living. Since I purchased the 'Bullet' I've been serching for smoothie recipes. This one has all my favorite ingredients in it. Ingredients:
2 cups nonfat milk |
1 (8 ounce) container low-fat vanilla yogurt |
1/2 cup thawed pineapple-orange juice concentrate |
2 cups frozen strawberries |
1 banana, coarsely chopped |
Directions:
1. Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides. 2. Serve immediately. |
