This is a really good alternative to a quick breakfast. Full of fruit. Ingredients:
1 cup yogurt (any flavor, but vanilla is a good base) |
1 cup apple juice |
1/2 cup blueberries |
1/2 cup strawberry |
1 small banana |
2 cups ice |
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to your blend and blend until smooth. 2. Enjoy. |
