I wanted a fruit salad made with yogurt, not sour cream. I was having trouble finding one, so I made one up myself. Ingredients:
20 ounces canned pineapple chunks, drained |
11 ounces canned mandarin oranges, drained |
1 cup red grapes |
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped |
1/2 cup coconut |
1 cup miniature marshmallow |
6 ounces plain low-fat yogurt |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. 2. Cover and refrigerate overnight. |
