Ingredients:
1 cup milk |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
1/4 cup raspberry yogurt |
Directions:
1. In blender, combine milk, yogurt and vanilla. 2. Blend at high speed for 1 minute. 3. Crushed ice could be added for hot summer days. 4. Add more fruit, if using 1 percent or nonfat milk. |
