Ingredients:
1 cup (8 ounces) apple-cinnamon yogurt
1/4 cup milk
Directions:
1. In a bowl, stir yogurt; gradually stir in milk. Serve over fresh fruit or use in a fruit salad. Yield: about 1 cup.
