More times than I can count, I've served fruit trays with this dip as an appetizer. Great for a simple dessert, but also for breakfast, brunch or snack. Ingredients:
8 ounces vanilla yogurt |
2 tablespoons brown sugar |
1/4 teaspoon lemon juice |
assorted fruit such as strawberry, bananas, apples, pineapple, kiwi |
Directions:
1. Mix together first 3 ingredients and refrigerate. 2. Serve with fruit. |
