This is a recipe I obtained from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Bradshaw Estate in McKinney, Texas in 1988. Ingredients:
1 cup unflavored yogurt |
1 teaspoon minced chives or green onions |
1 hard cooked egg chopped |
1/2 teaspoon curry powder |
1 teaspoon minced parsley |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients and chill. |
