A great dip to serve with sliced veggies. From Fit TV's Housecalls. Ingredients:
1/2 cup fat free greek yogurt |
2 teaspoons dijon mustard |
2 teaspoons fresh dill |
1 shallot |
Directions:
1. Scoop yogurt into bowl. 2. Finely chop shallots. 3. Add shallots, dill and mustard to yogurt. 4. Mix until well blended. |
