This sauce is good on grilled meats and veggies. The recipe comes from Body and Soul
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 tablespoon honey
2 cloves garlic
1/2 of a burpless cucumber
1/4 cup fresh basil leaf
1 1/2 cups plain yogurt
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Place olive oil, honey, garlic, Cucumber, basil leaves, into blender; Puree until smooth.
2. Whisk in Yogurt, add salt and pepper to taste, Serve with your favorite meat& veggie.
