This sauce is good on grilled meats and veggies. The recipe comes from Body and Soul Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1/2 tablespoon honey |
2 cloves garlic |
1/2 of a burpless cucumber |
1/4 cup fresh basil leaf |
1 1/2 cups plain yogurt |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Place olive oil, honey, garlic, Cucumber, basil leaves, into blender; Puree until smooth. 2. Whisk in Yogurt, add salt and pepper to taste, Serve with your favorite meat& veggie. |
