1 quart plain low-fat yogurt |
1 garlic clove, finely minced |
2 tablespoons minced parsley |
1 teaspoon dried thyme |
1 teaspoon dried oregano |
1 teaspoon dried tarragon |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
crackers or vegetables |
Directions:
1. Rinse a one foot length of cheesecloth in cold water and wring out. Place yogurt in center, wrap cloth around it and set in strainer or colander in a bowl. 2. Refrigerate until thick, 8-14 hours. Discard drained liquid and unwrap. 3. Mix yogurt and remaining ingredients; refrigerate several hours for flavors to blend. |
