I eat this for my snacks at work. Yogurt doesn't fill me up, but this does. I like the crunch from the shredded wheat and they stay crunchy for a while. Ingredients:
6 -8 ounces yogurt (any type, whatever flavor you like) |
1 cup shredded wheat cereal |
1 apple, diced (or use any fruit you want) |
Directions:
1. Add all into a bowl and stir well. 2. Enjoy. |
