3/4 cup(s) lowfat plain yogurt
1/4 cup(s) frozen berries
1/4 banana sliced
1 tablespoon(s) raisins or dried cranberries
1/4 cup(s) grape nuts cereal
1 tablespoon(s) walnut pieces
cinnamon, to taste (optional)
Directions:
1. Mix oats into the yogurt while you have 1st cup of coffee. mix in cereal, berries, bananas, and raisins. Sprinkle with nuts. Enjoy
