i tried it and I LOVED IT. It's low in fat but no compromise in taste. Good diabetic recipe too. Ingredients:
2 cups plain yogurt |
6 tablespoons dijon mustard |
4 teaspoons minced garlic |
3 teaspoons ground ginger |
salt and pepper, to taste |
2 boneless chicken breasts, skinned and split |
Directions:
1. Mix together the yogurt, mustard, garlic, ginger, and salt and pepper. 2. Spread the mixture on the chicken, rubbing it in. 3. Place in a baking dish, cover, and let marinate for at least 2 hours. 4. Preheat oven to 375 F degrees. 5. Bake the chicken, uncovered, for 1 hour or until it is brown. |
