2 cucumbers,peeeled & chopped |
1 onion,chopped |
1 tomato,chopped |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
salt to taste |
1 2 tsp(or to taste) pepper(we use red chillies powder) |
2 cup yogurt |
1 tbsp chopped fresh mint |
Directions:
1. Whisk yogurt.Add garlic, salt and pepper to yogurt and whisk. 2. Add cucumbers,onion and tomato to the yogurt and mix. 3. Sprinkle chopped mint on top to decorate. |
