Ingredients:
2 cucumbers,peeeled & chopped
1 onion,chopped
1 tomato,chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
salt to taste
1 2 tsp(or to taste) pepper(we use red chillies powder)
2 cup yogurt
1 tbsp chopped fresh mint
Directions:
1. Whisk yogurt.Add garlic, salt and pepper to yogurt and whisk.
2. Add cucumbers,onion and tomato to the yogurt and mix.
3. Sprinkle chopped mint on top to decorate.
