Great for lunch.....lots of fiber. 2.3 oz of blueberries and the 1.2 tsp of sugar are part of a homemade blueberry sauce but CC wouldn't accept it so I put in the items separately. Nuts give it crunch and a bit more protien Ingredients:
1/2 cup yogurt, plain, skim milk, 13 grams protein per 8 ounce |
2 3/10 oz blueberries |
1 1/5 tsp sugar |
1/4 cup blueberries |
1/4 cup strawberries |
1/4 cup blackberries |
1/2 cup fiber one |
1/2 oz almonds, chopped |
Directions:
1. Top yogurt with berries, cereal and nuts. Yum |
