Yoghurt Fruit Muesli Cookies |

These sound good. I can't wait to try them. Ingredients:
125 g butter, melted |
1 cup self-rising flour |
1/2 cup brown sugar |
1 egg, lightly beaten |
1 1/4 cups muesli |
1/2 cup shredded coconut |
200 g yoghurt-coated fruit |
80 g dark chocolate, melted |
2/3 cup slivered almonds |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, then mix well. 2. Roll tablespoons of mixture into balls. 3. Place approximately 5cm apart on a greased tray. 4. Bake at 180°C for 12 minutes, or until golden. 5. Cool on trays. |
