I found this in the New Idea magazine. It says to use it for salad, seafood, or chicken. Ingredients:
1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt |
2 teaspoons lemon juice |
1 teaspoon orange zest, grated |
Directions:
1. Whisk all ingredients together, and serve over salad, seafood, or chicken. |
