                    A lovely fresh condiment to serve with Indian dishes and very easy! Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                1 cup thick yoghurt  |  
                                                1 tomato, deseeded and finely chopped  |  
                                                1 green onion, finely chopped  |  
                                                1 tablespoon fresh mint, finely chopped  |  
                                                1/2 tablespoon fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped  |  
                                                1 teaspoon garam masala  |  
                                                1 very finely chopped green chili pepper (optional)  |  
                                                salt  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Mix all ingredients together, leave for at least one hour and serve.                              |
