This is a whizz to put together for a moist and flavoursome cake. Ingredients:
175 ml yoghurt |
175 ml oil |
350 ml white sugar |
525 ml self-raising flour |
3 eggs |
Directions:
1. Beat all ingredients together for 3 minutes. 2. Pour into a greased 23 cm bundt pan. 3. Bake at 160C for 1 hour. |
