Easy muffins. Add fruit such as apples or pear. Ingredients:
1 cup self-rising flour |
1/2 cup oil |
1 egg |
1/2 cup brown sugar |
1 tablespoon bicarbonate of soda |
200 g natural yoghurt |
1 cup natural bran |
Directions:
1. combine oil, sugar, egg. 2. Sift in flour and soda. 3. Add yoghurt and bran. 4. cook 15-20 mins 180 degrees celcius. |
