500 g tofu, mashed |
50 g chicken breasts, mashed |
50 g egg whites |
10 g salt |
50 g parsley or 50 g coriander leaves, to garnish |
Directions:
1. Add salt and egg whites to the mashed tofu and chicken breasts. 2. Mix well. 3. Put the chicken and tofu mixture on a plate. 4. Garnish with parlsey or corriander leaves. 5. Steam the mixture until its cooked. 6. Serve hot. |
