Yet Another Salmon With Dill Recipe...

Yea, yea, yea... But this one is GOOD! and healthy.
Ingredients:
2 large salmon fillets (skinned)
salt & fresh ground pepper (to taste)
1 garlic clove (minced)
2 teaspoons dijon mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons chicken broth
1 pinch equal sugar substitute
1/2 teaspoon dill (minced)
Directions:
1. Heat broiler.
2. Season salmon. Set aside.
3. Puree the garlic, dijon, lemon juice, broth, Equal and dill.
4. Place in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce by half.
5. Brush on salmon.
6. Broil 2 minutes each side.
