You know you're in college when the only recipes you submit are smoothie recipes. I think I've perfected my smoothie here. Low in fat, high in fiber and protein. Ingredients:
1/4 cup plain yogurt |
1/4 cup raspberries |
1/4 cup strawberries |
1/4 cup peaches |
1/2 banana |
3/4 cup skim milk |
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients. |
