Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds yellow tomatoes, cut into quarters |
1/2 cup red onion |
1/4 cup torn basil leaves |
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt |
Directions:
1. Pulse tomatoes in a food processor until roughly chopped. Transfer to a bowl and mix in onion, basil leaves, and salt. Serve with hearts of romaine, sliced zucchini, and crackers. |
