So good! They're addictive! Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour |
1 teaspoon sugar |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
3/4 cup milk |
1 egg |
1/4 cup vegetable oil |
3 cups grated yellow squash |
1 medium onion, chopped |
1 cup grated cheddar cheese |
2 -3 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes |
Directions:
1. Combine first 6 ingredients and beat well with an electric mixer. 2. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. 3. Drop mixture by tablespoons onto a hot greased skillet. 4. Cook until golden brown, turning once. 5. Drain on paper towels. |
