My favorite way of preparing squash, calorie laden though it is. Ingredients:
2 lbs yellow squash |
1/2 cup margarine |
2 cups herb stuffing mix |
1 cup cream of chicken soup |
1 onion, chopped |
8 ounces sour cream |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Steam squash until soft and mash. 3. Mix all ingredients together, place in casserole dish and bake for 30 minutes. |
