Yellow Squash and Zucchini Saute |

Side dish with a full bodied flavor to compliment a steak, seafood, chicken or pork. Ingredients:
1 medium onion |
1 medium green bell pepper |
2 yellow squash |
2 zucchini |
1 tablespoon butter (margarine) |
2 tablespoons dales seasoning |
cracked pepper |
Directions:
1. Thinly slice onions and bell pepper and saute in butter and 1 T Dales seasoning about 5 min or until carmel color. Add thinly sliced zucchini and yellow squash and additional 1 T Dales seasoning. Add cracked pepper to taste. Saute until tender. |
