Yellow Rice With Chicken and Peas |

Another delicious chicken dish that my family loves! Ingredients:
2 tablespoons oil |
3 -4 individual sized pieces boneless skinless chicken breasts |
1 1/2 cups water |
1 (8 ounce) box yellow rice |
1 cup frozen peas |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a skillet. 2. Add chicken pieces, saute 5-7 minutes until nicely browned. 3. Drain excess fat, but do not remove chicken. 4. Add water, bring to a boil. 5. Add contents of rice packet and peas, stir and cover tightly. 6. Reduce heat to simmer, cook for 25 minutes. |
