Super easy yellow rice. Good with anything! Ingredients:
1 cup basmati (long grain) rice |
2 cups water |
1 cube chicken maggi |
1 tsp salt |
a couple dashes of curry |
Directions:
1. Cover rice in water and let soak for 15 minutes 2. Drain and rinse rice 3. Combine rice, water, maggi, salt and curry in saucepan 4. Bring to boil 5. Reduce heat and let simmer until rice is tender and water is gone |
