Ingredients:

1 cup(s) crushed pineapple drained |
6 eggs, divided use |
1 box(es) lemon cake mix |
1 8oz can(s) mountain dew |
1/2 cup(s) oil |
1 3.9 box(es) pineapple instant pudding mix |
1/2 cup(s) sugar |
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 350 grease and flour two 9 cake layer pans,s et aside. 2. combine cake mix, oil, pudding mis, mountain dew, and 4 of the eggs of the large mixing bowl, turn batter into pans, bake for 25 minutes. 3. meanwhile combine remaining 2 eggs butter , sugar and crushed pineapple in a small saucepan and warm over low heat until thickened. 4. remove cake from oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes in the pan before removing to a wire rack. frost while still warm. |
