Ingredients:
1 yellow bell pepper, cut into 1/4-inch-thick strips (about 1 cup) |
1/2 cup shredded red cabbage |
1 tablespoon cider vinegar |
2 teaspoons honey |
1 teaspoon low-sodium soy sauce |
1 teaspoon sesame oil |
1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger |
Directions:
1. Combine bell pepper and cabbage in a medium bowl; set aside. 2. Combine vinegar and remaining 4 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well with a whisk. Add to bell pepper mixture, and toss gently to coat. |
